BREAKING: Color Factory Wins “Best Immersive Art Experience in the USA” for the Second Year in a Row. What fantastic news! Here’s our official press release:

Color Factory, the interactive art experience that invites visitors to immerse themselves in the joy of color, is excited to announce they have been selected as 2025’s “#1 Best Immersive Art Experience” by USA Today’s annual Readers’ Choice 10Best Awards.

USA TODAY’s 10Best helps readers travel smart by providing original, unbiased content that highlights the best of the best in a broad range of categories, from destinations and food, to hotels and things to do. Their Readers’ Choice Awards nominees are submitted by USA Today’s panel of esteemed experts and then hand-selected by 10Best editors before final voting by the general readership.

Color Factory was nominated in the 10Best Awards category of the most remarkable art experiences in the United States: which includes the best art museums, sculpture parks, arts districts, small-town art scenes, and cities for street art. Winning the category for the second year in a row, Color Factory is proud to hold the honor again as the USA’s Best Immersive Art Experience – a milestone that Color Factory will be celebrating for years to come.

Interim CEO Ben Williams said, “Winning two years in a row – what outstanding recognition! Thank you to the USA Today voters for the honor. Keeping the number one spot is a testament to the work of the Color Factory team. Every day, we deliver truly memorable experiences – real bolts of joy and human connection – through our extraordinary color art. Our second 10Best win shows we don’t rest on our laurels. We’re excited to welcome new guests as a result of this award. I recommend everyone make 2025 their year of color!”

First debuting in 2017 as a temporary location in San Francisco, the exhibit subsequently went on to expand into massively successful permanent locations in New York (2018), Houston (2019), and Chicago (2022). Since 2017, Color Factory has immersed guests in the joy of color. Visitors embark on a bright and colorful journey through immersive installations that inspire joy and human connection, expand boundaries of perception, encourage play, and engage the senses in unexpected ways. Each room is designed in partnership with an exceptional roster of local and international artists and collaborators to tell their unique color stories through participatory installations.
