Color Factory Introduces Sensory Friendly Hours
At Color Factory, we strive to make the joy of color as accessible as possible. We believe everyone should be able to experience our vibrant world, which is why we are so proud to introduce Sensory Friendly Hours at all venues.
On the second Thursday of the month*, we’re making a few thoughtful adjustments to our environment to ensure a calmer, cozy experience for our neurodivergent friends and those with sensory sensitivities.
When:
- Date: Second Thursday of the month*
- Time: 3 PM local time until closing
What to expect during Sensory-Sensitive Hours:
- More Room to Play: Reduced time slot capacity for a spacious, unhurried flow.
- Softened Surrounds: Reduced lighting and lowered sound levels.
- Soothing Sounds: A sensory-friendly playlist curated for a calming atmosphere.
- Your Personal Map: A Sensory Guide to help navigate the experience with ease.
- Support: We’re proud to be KultureCity certified! KultureCity Sensory Bags are available to borrow, equipped with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards.

*Please note that Sensory Friendly Hours are offered on the second Thursday of the month, though they may be unavailable on select dates at select venues. When purchasing your ticket, be sure to book for “Sensory Friendly Hours”. If it does not appear for the date you selected, it is not being offered that day.
